Dear SASE Students, ex-Students, family and friends,


2009 has come and gone! On behalf of the SASE Team, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your valued support. This past year has been another year of growth and change (renovations and new interactive website at www.sase.co.za) within the school. I am fully aware of the fact that it is because of you coming to our school, city and country that we have been able to grow the way we did and make the changes which are now visible within the school and for that I give you a very humble Thank You!

The New Year will be upon us very soon and of course it will bring with it its own challenges, victories and disappointments, we at SASE secure in the knowledge of your continued support will continue to strive for service excellence no matter what might cross our path.

Over the past 5 and half years since we started the school, I have often talked to many of you about South Africa’s ability to host the FIFA World Cup in 2010. In about six and a half months from now, that time will be upon us. It is with tremendous pride that I tell you that our stadiums are complete and ready, the infrastructure of our entire country upgraded and we are ready to welcome the world! (Does anybody have a few quality players to spare whom we might use in our national team? – Please let our coach know, his name is Carlos Alberto Perreira! :))

May I take this opportunity to wish your teams (those that qualified) a successful tournament, and may you, wherever you may find yourself in this world at that time, enjoy the games and the unique African flavour and may it bring back happy memories of your own time here.
